“Empower Her Shield” Women’s Self-Defense and Domestic Violence Awareness event.
Join us on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Location: Sorrel and Lime, 986 Blue Hill Ave, Dorchester, MA 02124
This is a free event for the community, open to ladies ages 16 and older.
Come ready to work out, be empowered, equipped, and reminded that you are not alone.
Don't forget your water bottle.
Unfortunately, we only have 20 spots available for the Self-Defense class; however, the Domestic Violence session is open to everyone and all are welcome to attend and participate in a 30-minute workout.
Doors open at: 11:30am
Self-Defense Session: 12:00pm-2:00pm
Domestic Violence Session: 2:05pm-2:30pm
Workout Session: 2:35pm-3:00pm
