About this Event
Empower-HER is a curated wellness experience designed to help women reset, refocus, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and inspiring environment.
We’ll begin the afternoon with gentle yoga and guided meditation to ground the body and calm the mind, followed by fresh smoothies to nourish and energize.
Next, participants will take part in an executive functioning workshop offering practical tools for organization, time management, mental clarity, and reducing overwhelm — skills that support both personal and professional life.
The experience will then transition into a financial wellness talk focused on building confidence, clarity, and a healthier relationship with money in an approachable, judgment-free way.
Throughout the event, guests will enjoy wellness gift bags, community connection, and a special gift for one lucky attendee, adding a fun and celebratory close to the afternoon.
