Welcome to Empower Her: Celebrating International Women's Day! Join us on Saturday, March 8th, 2025 at Stadium Sports Bar & Lounge for a day filled with inspiration, empowerment, and celebration of women around the world. The event kicks off at 9:00 AM and promises to be a day to remember. While this event celebrates strength, and achievements of women, Everyone is welcome- Including Men! Empower her is unity, progress and action to an inclusive future.

This event is more than just a reflection- it’s about movement, growth and impact. Experience and move with us during a strength workout & yoga session. Be inspired by our guest panel of strong diverse women & hear their stories.

Info: With a passion for storytelling and empowerment, Ashley is honored to moderate this International Women’s Day panel—leading a conversation that inspires, challenges, and ignites purpose. Nicole Warren, lululemon ambassador left her corporate job to follow her passion to help others. She has dedicated her teaching career to helping serve others, donating her time to give back to multiple communities. Her philanthropy extends to different communities around her and she believes in helping others through breath & connecting the mind and body

Info: Start your morning with a 30 minute full body workout designed to keep you feeling energized and strong. This workout is Rated E for Everyone! Movements will not be difficult, but the work will be there, so we hope you are too!

Info: Restore & Reconnect! Take a pause with a mindfulness based yoga session designed to restore both the body and mind. Through intentional movement, you'll cultivate presence, release tension, and create space for reflection. This session is open to all levels- offering a moment of grounding & renewal as we celebrate the strength from within

Julia Egea: The Trailblazer: PHX police commander, dedicated to creating opportunities for women. Ashely D. Dabney;The Educator, A dynamic speaker, mentor, and advocate, she champions purpose-driven living and challenges women to stop playing small. Marisol Isaula; Latina Coach/speaker:The Visionary; A creative force has used her platform to amplify women's voices,embracing individuality, self-expression & the power of sharing your story. Dr. Katie Sproul's; The Healer:co-founded The Wellness Center, Eleutheria Special Education Services, PBIS & more organizations all focused on holistic growth and education. Jaynee Benavidez, aka Dolly,The Visionary entrepreneur, social equity advocate.

Info: In this reflective and heart-opening activity, you will take time to celebrate your strengths, acknowledging your growth, and offering yourself the kindness and compassion you deserve. This is an opportunity to shift your inner dialogue, release self-judgment, and embrace self-love in an intentional way.
Through guided prompts, you will explore gratitude for who you are, encouragement for where you are going, and appreciation for all you've overcome. This will serve as a reminder that you are enough, exactly as you are.
