About this Event
This course aims to help trade union reps to update their knowledge on employment law and will look at issues such as dismissal (fair and unfair), redundancy, contracts of employment and discrimination.

This course will be delivered over 1 Friday in a classroom.
How much is the course?
There are no course fees for union reps from TUC affiliated unions.
PLEASE NOTE: This course is for residents of England only. This course will be delivered by Wirral Metropolitan College. Please be aware that funding restrictions in some areas may mean that a college cannot accept your application: if this is the case you will be notified which college to reapply to.
