Alana Penkethman
Alana is a Senior Associate at Laceys specialising in employment law. She advises businesses and individuals on all aspects of employment, from recruitment to termination, and everything in between. Alana is an expert in discrimination law, with a particular specialism in complex disability and long-term absence disputes, but she also enjoys advising on the practical considerations of day to day workforce management. Alana is known for her clear and pragmatic advice, ensuring problems are tackled thoroughly, whilst minimising disruption and stress to both parties.
