After months of speculation and some surprising amendments, details of the most profound employment law changes in a generation have now been confirmed.
The Employment Law & HR Team at Hay & Kilner will guide you through the significant reforms under the Employment Rights Act. In particular, through their unique roleplay scenarios, we will explore:
- changes to the law on unfair dismissal, how it will work and what organisations need to be aware of
- best practice under the new regime and the steps organisations can take to prepare
- increased risks in the employment tribunal
The team at Hay and Kilner will also provide details of other key developments including reforms to sick pay, flexible working, union recognition and zero-hour contracts.
