Our speakers
Nicola is a senior associate in our employment law team, advising employers and employees on a range of HR and legal issues. Nicola’s specialisms include TUPE, whistleblowing and employment tribunal representation. She also provides guidance on managing workplace challenges, from disciplinary matters to social media misuse.
Molly is a solicitor in our employment team, supporting clients with settlement agreements, contracts and HR policies. She also helps claimants and respondents with employment tribunal cases and provides corporate support on TUPE and due diligence.
Ruth is a Manager for Hays Recruitment and has worked in the Hull office for over 7 years. She heads up the Business Support and HR division for Hull and East Riding, recruiting in both the public and private sector. Well networked in the local area, she can provide insights both locally and nationally on the labour market, recruitment trends, and guidance on how to attract and retain the best talent.
