Employing Youth Workers Webinar

This training covers which hours minors can work, what jobs are permitted, and which occupations have been declared hazardous. There will be a review of best practices for employers who hire minors. In addition, OSHA will review the employer’s responsibility to provide a safe and healthy workplace to young and teen workers, and the rights youth workers have on the job.

· The webinar session is not recorded, and handouts are provided for attendees after the presentation.

· Presenters are subject matter experts from the U.S. Dept of Labor Wage & Hour Division and OSHA.
