Join other professionals to learn about how you can support your employees faced with a bereavement.

On successful completion of this session the learner will:

• Be able to support colleagues/employees with confidence during their bereavement
• Identify individual needs/wants when facing a loss and how to manage conversations
• Supply signposting toolkit & provide self care tools and advice for employers and employees supporting the bereavement
