The Irish ProShare Association – with support from our gold sponsors A&L Goodbody, PwC, and JP Morgan Workplace Solutions – is delighted to present Employee Share Ownership Day 2025, Ireland's premier share ownership conference.

ESOD25 will bring together business leaders, policymakers, advisers and employee ownership advocates to explore the future of share ownership in Ireland and beyond. Our theme for this year's conference is From Uncertainty to Opportunity, and the agenda will include economic outlooks, case studies, practical guidance on share plans, and panel discussions with leading experts.

Our keynote speaker is Aidan Regan, Professor of Political Economy at UCD’s School of Politics and International Relations.
