About this Event
The NYC Behavioral Design Team will present this interactive workshop highlighting the psychological drivers of burnout and the relationship between high-stress environments and employee morale. They will provide evidence-based strategies to empower teams to create systems and structures that proactively prevent burnout and ensure employees feel supported and valued, including how to:
- Make routine work feel more manageable
- Help staff more comfortably and effectively adapt to change and respond to crises
- Enable and encourage staff to disconnect from work to recharge
