This tournament WILL NOT be reported to or ran through APA scoring so no handicap movement!!!Tournament will be all 9-Ball and will use the APA scoresheet and point system for each match
5-Man Teams can be made up from any of the local leagues. Each player can only be on 1 team! (You may add a 6th player it will cost your team an extra $100)
Handicap max for this tournament is 25 yes that is right 25 using APA 9-Ball. You can only have 2 players 7 or above. (You MUST pre-pay to lock in your handicaps). (If you pay to lock in your handicaps you also can not have all your players move up, TD has the right to make you make some adjustments or offer you your money back).
Players must have a minimum of 20 matches in a single skill level and must be playing in some sort of league currently. I will be looking at handicaps very indepthly.
If you play in more than 1 area, we will use your highest handicap. If you haven’t played in any league in the last 6 months check with the tournament director, I am a little stricter in these 5-Man tournaments. (All handicaps will be confirmed by tournament director)
Even if you currently are playing APA tournament director has the right to change your handicap if they feel it is necessary
Check in starts at 5:00 PM Friday night Calcutta to start at 5:30 sharp so make sure to have someone there, and play will start at 6:00 PM Friday night
We will do 2 rounds Friday night starting at 6pm, then return Saturday to start at 9am, and then start time Sunday will be between 9am and 11am depending on where we are at in the tournament.
28 TEAM MAX with the expanded number of tables at this new location!!!! - We will play on 2 tables each match till towards the end so we can keep the tournament DOUBLE ELIMINATION
Cost is $500 per team plus calcutta
Empire will also add $$$ to the prize fund. With full field of 28 teams, they will add $2800!!! This will make for a $16800 prize pot with 28 teams plus Calcutta!!
