On May 30th, Viva Dance Studio becomes the epicenter of culture and movement with two massive dance companies:
🗓️ Daytime Schedule: 12:00 PM - 4:40 PM
12:00: G.O.R.E.E. Drum and Dance Class: Connect with the source. Live drumming accompanies traditional movement to help you find the grounded power and rhythm that fuels Latin dance.
1:10: Afro - Fusion Movement for your Salsa Dance with Empire:
Incorporate your soul into your steps. This session focuses on body isolations and "sabor," teaching you how to blend Afro-Cuban roots into your modern Salsa.
2:30 PM: Empire Partnerwork straight from the NYC Socials - The gold standard of style, Adolfo and Naty create sophisticated and contemporary turn patterns with their signature smoothness.
3:40 PM: Signature Mambo Shines by Adolfo y Naty: Footwork at the highest level. Learn the intricate timing, speed, movement and syncopations that define the Empire Mambo style.
These aren't just regular workshops - it's the work we live for.

8:00 PM Free Salsa Class with purchase of Dance Party
9:00 PM: Viva Salsa Saturday Social with DJ Chris Bell of CapCity Salsa and special performances that you absolutely do NOT want to miss!
