About this Event
Empathy, despite its recent popularity, is not a sustainable approach to leadership. Instead, compassion offers more physiological, psychological and organisational benefits. Kirstie Drummond Papworth will explore why there is no such thing as compassion fatigue and explain how compassion can even save your life. You will leave this session with evidence-based, practical ways in which you can immediately start to develop your own compassionate leadership practice, and having experienced compassion’s unique power.
