Join us for Emotional Mastery Meditation Circles, a trauma-informed group experience designed to help you deepen self-awareness, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and learn to work skillfully with your emotional landscape.

These circles weave together awareness practices, ancestral wisdom, breathwork, and inner exploration in a supportive group setting. The intention is to create a grounded space where participants can develop the capacity to sit with their emotions, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate deeper alignment within themselves.

These circles are guided by Daverine, an intuitive emotional mastery guide whose work is rooted in shamanic healing traditions.

Drawing from lived experience, somatic awareness practices, and previous training as a counsellor, Daverine supports participants through shadow reading and integration work. Their approach focuses on self-reclamation through embodiment, inner alignment, and compassionate awareness.
