Emotional Intelligence Workshop for Managers and Supervisors

The secret to success isn’t IQ, a prestigious degree, or even sheer effort. As AI evens out the landscape of technical and intellectual skills, what truly sets people apart is their ability to connect, influence, and collaborate on a human level. Research consistently shows that emotional intelligence (EQ) is one of the strongest predictors of high performance at work.

In the New Emotional Intelligence workshop, participants explore real-world examples and video clips that bring EQ to life, revealing how it shapes everyday interactions with teammates, customers, and key stakeholders. Building on these examples, participants reflect on their own experiences and plan for future situations where EQ strategies can support strong relationships and drive individual, team, and organizational results.

• Recognize why emotional intelligence matters in the workplace, including how it supports better communication, stronger relationships, and more effective problem-solving.
• Describe the four core emotional intelligence skills (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management) and understand how they facilitate work with others, whether you are leading or collaborating on a team.
• Assess personal emotional intelligence strengths and gaps, and identify practical strategies to grow and improve.
• Use emotional intelligence skills to navigate day-to-day interactions and organizational dynamics to effectively engage with others.
