What to Expect:
Learn the Points
We'll begin with a guided session to learn and practice all the essential EFT tapping points. You'll become confident in using them on your own.
Real-Life Healing
Participants will have the opportunity to bring a written issue forward. With their permission, they’ll work directly with the facilitator, Judith Boucher EFT Master while the group taps along to receive shared benefits.
Shared Transformation
Even if you're not the one in the spotlight, tapping along creates powerful shifts for everyone. The collective energy of the group amplifies the healing.
Comfortable Setup
While we're hosting the workshop in a yoga studio, we’ll be seated on chairs throughout the day. No floor sitting or yoga poses are required—just come as you are.
