About this Event

Group Therapy in Haarlem

How often do we distinguish the feeling of stress from sadness, love from compassion, and loneliness from defensiveness? Which emotions are not allowed to be expressed, and which are totally abandoned under layers of social dust and cultural restrictions? More and more, we live in a binary emotional world of positive versus negative, where negative emotions are avoided or highly suppressed, causing stress, guilt, and sabotaging our self-worth in a constantly happy world.
"When someone shares their hopes and dreams with us, we witness deep courage and vulnerability. Celebrating their successes is easy, but when disappointment happens, it's an incredible opportunity for meaningful connections."
The spectrum of human emotions is impressively colorful and vibrant, rooted in our very nature as human beings. I invite you to join the
