Class Overview:
EMOSY Expressions is an engaging and interactive art class designed to inspire creativity, self-expression, and emotional exploration. Built around the book Draw What You Feel, this program encourages participants of all backgrounds to create meaningful artwork while having fun. Through guided prompts and playful techniques, students will explore themes such as growth, hope, resilience, and connection, transforming creativity into a game-like challenge.
What to Expect:

- Use simple materials and accessible art techniques - no prior experience needed!
- Express emotions and thoughts through color, shape, and composition.
- Participate in a supportive group setting that fosters discussion and connection.
- Engage in a game-oriented format that promotes collaboration and creativity.
Course Structure:
This class is designed for both individuals and groups and sessions are adaptable to various needs. Each class session will discuss an art principle or element, as well as a tip for nuturing your inner artist. Students will warm up with imaginative exercises and art games before selecting a thoughtful prompt to inspire artistic creativity. All art materials are included.
Who Can Join?
Perfect for ages 15 and up, this multimedia course welcomes anyone looking to explore self-expression through art. No prior art experience is required - just an open mind and a willingness to create!
Rage Room Experience
All classes include Rage Room smashing. Students are encouraged to write, draw or doodle an image of what makes them happy or sad on the dinnerware provided. In a symbolic gesture, the item is smashed to pieces, representing happiness multiplied or riddance of ill feelings.
The Fine Print:
• Closed toe shoes required. Glass or hot solder + feet = ouch! Long pants preferred for smashing activities.
• Participants sign a Personal Injury Waiver and an Intellectual Property Waiver to attend class. Please read Waiver before your event. There will be a copy for you to sign in person at the event. Adults must sign on behalf of minor participants.
• Rescheduling or cancelations are only accepted up to 48 hours before the event date. No refunds will be made for part or all of the class value after the cancelation deadline. Please email us at [email protected], and we will be happy to assist you in canceling or rescheduling. There is a $10 reschedule fee per person.
