Nonna's Osteria is a treasure in the heart of the Mat-Su Valley, beloved for handmade pasta and a menu inspired by regional Italian traditions. This intimate concert experience is presented by WellRounded Arts, the organizers of Parlor in the Round. Seating is limited and first-come, first-served and FAMILY STYLE. Nonna's will serve food and drinks throughout the show. Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the music begins at 7 PM!
Alaska-grown songwriter Emily Anderson joins forces with genre-blending pop-soul artist Willow Stephens for a special songwriter showcase in the round.
Raised in Fairbanks, Anderson is known for thoughtful, emotionally resonant songwriting delivered with piano, ukulele, and a striking vocal clarity. Her music moves easily between folk intimacy and lush indie-pop textures, heard on releases like Salt & Water and a growing catalog of singles and collaborations. In addition to her own work, she has written music for film, television, and video games while maintaining strong ties to the Alaska music community that shaped her early career.
Stephens brings a different sonic palette to the evening. A classically trained pianist and multi-instrumentalist, she blends pop, soul, jazz, and R&B into music that is both groove-forward and emotionally direct. Her songs have appeared on platforms including Netflix, Hulu, and Nickelodeon, and she has shared stages with artists such as KT Tunstall, Allen Stone, and Macklemore.
Together, Anderson and Stephens trade songs and stories in the round—an intimate format where the artists share the stage, talk about the craft behind their music, and let the evening unfold organically.
