About this Event
On April 12th, the Full Moon, or Pink Moon, will be in Libra, which is said to be a potent period for relationships, partnership and finding balance and harmony. This time can be a reflection around meeting our personal needs and attending to the needs of others, in addition to the awareness of our needs in relationships and all that comes with maintaining them - compromising, negotiating, graciousness, and balancing.
Join us for Emergence into Spring: Breathwork as we gather in community, be with what's present, and breathe into how we want to feel in relationships, with others, and with self in this new season. The practice of breathwork is ancient, and uses conscious breath patterns to rinse the body of emotional debris for a more balanced nervous system. The experience moves stagnant energy and facilitates the release of a range of emotions that may include sadness, anger, resentment, supporting you to feel more at home in your body. This is an invitation to make space for buried relational emotions, welcoming them to be felt, all while being supported by practices to allow for the release of grippings or stories that are no longer serving you - be it in your body, mind or heart. Though this breathwork is active, it has a yin feel, and is open to beginners, and those familiar alike.
We will begin our time together with herbal tea infusions to settle in, followed by a grounding meditation, introduction to the breath, weaving in communal conversation around the theme, before laying down to breathe. We will close our practice with optional soft reflections or shares for integration.
Warm welcome.

About your Facilitator:
Jen Pi is a space holder, breathwork facilitator, somatic practitioner and eternal student. Through her own healing and grief journey she was inspired to delve into training with studied teachers and self study to reconnect with the wisdom of her body, intuition and nature. Her passion centers around guiding people back home to the innate intelligence of their bodies through the weaving of meditation, the breath, somatic exploration, and self inquiry. She is inspired to share the medicine of breathwork, and journeying alongside others to create internal space to allow all parts of themselves to co-exist, despite the contradictions, and softly landing in personal connection and evolutions to one's essence.
