In this episode, we follow my recent tour around Ireland! I'm excited to share the largest and most exclusive bunch of whiskies we've had at the Oaken Cask Society before. We're talking distillery exclusives straight from the source, special Oaken Cask Society editions and even one I pulled from the barrel myself!We'll talk about what makes Irish whiskey so smooth, so exciting, so revered. We'll learn science, history, and culture. We'll laugh, we'll cry (well mostly me because the whiskey was so expensive), and we'll have a fantastic night celebrating this liquid gold from the Emerald Isle.
