This free EMDR taster workshop is designed for 16–18 year olds who want practical ways to manage stress, anxiety, and everyday pressures like exams or social situations.
In a supportive setting, you’ll be introduced to simple, effective techniques—such as bilateral tapping and calming strategies—to help regulate your emotions, settle your body, and build resilience.
You’ll leave with tools you can use anytime to feel more in control, calm, and confident.
