This league event afternoon is being held at the Pastoral Hotel, Echuca.
Please note it’s a Sunday & a 1.30pm start time.
The entry fee is $5- per player.
This event isn’t listed on the season fixture.
I will post a reminder & message the team captains on Tuesday the 7/04/26. (1 x day before Wednesday night matches & 2 x days before Thursday entries close with the early registration procedure.)
The E.M.D.A. Committee have decided playing pairs will be eligible to participate if at least 1 x player is a current member, or was in the past 12 x months & the other 1 x player is the same, or not currently competing in a seasonal darts competition in another association.
This is to attract new or past players to participate & the possibility of increasing our membership (playing) numbers in the future.
We’re supportive & encourage players to ask family members (adult or child) or friends who haven’t competed in any seasonal darts competitions anywhere in recent years.
The E.M.D.A. Committee reserve the right to deny a person entry to participate in the event if required.
We’ve decided to trail holding the mixed doubles event on a Sunday afternoon & each season, not every second season. Hopefully having it on a Sunday afternoon will create the opportunity for young people to participate & it won’t interfere with people’s lunch or dinner routines or plans.
We’re still trialling an early registration procedure to assist with having a draw mostly complete beforehand & starting on time.
Entries close at 6.30pm on Thursday the 9/04/26.
We request anyone who wishes to participate to please reply in the comments section of this event, with just your full name & playing partners full name only.
If you haven’t organised a playing partner or can’t find one, reply with just your full name & need a + 1. We maybe able to assist & allocate playing partners.
If you know of any players who are eligible & would most likely wish to participate, but don’t necessarily look at the E.M.D.A. Facebook page or their own e-mails, please let them know so they don’t miss-out.
We’ll still accept in person entries on the day prior to the allocated start time whilst trialling the early registration procedure, as we don’t wish for anyone to be excluded from participating. (This will most likely not be the case from the start of next season.)
