About this Event
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming introduction to embroidery, led by artist and maker Miri. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the essential stitches and techniques needed to create your very own honey bee embroidery hoop.
Miri will guide you step-by-step through proper embroidery techniques and the stitches required to create this custom honey bee pattern, thoughtfully designed with beginners in mind.
You’ll work with a mini embroidery hoop, which can be transformed into a variety of charming, functional pieces—think keychains, car charms, ornaments, or small decorative accents for your home. Along the way, you’ll gain skills that can easily translate to future embroidery projects.
All materials are provided, and each participant will leave with their finished (or nearly finished) piece, plus a comprehensive take-home guide to help you continue stitching and complete your charm at your own pace.
