Dunipace Church HallFriday 10th April 2026
Doors Open 6.45pm.
Sound Bath starts 7pm - 8pm
Time to embrace you, yourself, your own joy and love for you personally.
We all spend time worrying about other people, what is happening in our day to day life, and not allowing our mind, body and soul to have that moment to stop and embrace our own self.
Not all sound baths are the same, but the vibrations always work for what is best for you as an individual, allowing your body to rest, recuperate, revive.
Come along and rest for an hour and allow the sounds and vibrations from a variety of healing instruments to flow around you, soothing you, and assisting in easing your aches and pains, and worries of the day.
You can lie on a yoga mat (or 2 or 3!), or bring a recliner chair, or sit against a wall with cushions. Whatever, helps you to feel comfortable, whatever suits you best. Bring a pillow (or two), cushions, blankets, sleeping bags if you like! If you do require a yoga mat please let me know beforehand. I only have 10, so please let me know to reserve you one if you need it.
Bring a journal if you feel you wish to write down any experience or thoughts after - sometimes inspiration can appear when your mind has time to stop racing.
Please also bring some water to re-hydrate after the Sound Bath.
Cost is £15pp payable in advance if possible, or on the night if easier for you.
Doors open at 6.45pm and if you need help to carry in your items, please just ask.
We will start at 7pm once you are all settled and cosy, and the session will last around an hour.
A herbal tea will be available for you to take home and enjoy at your own pace.
Booking in advance is preferred in order that I can ensure space for everyone, and you don't feel overcrowded.
I look forward to welcoming you, whether you have been before, or it is your first time.
Any questions please ask, and please let me know beforehand of any medical conditions that I should be aware of, or you would like to discuss with me.
Please note that Sound Baths are not suitable for anyone suffering from Auditory Reflex Epilepsy, or anyone in their first Trimester of Pregnancy.
