Embracing Transformation: A Sunday Salon for Women and Counselors

Join us in-person for an informative and experiential Sunday Salon dedicated to women's mental health. It's all about sharing ideas, connecting, and embracing the journey of transformation together.

Metaphorically, adulthood brings many chapters across the lifetime of a book; this experience is designed to share wisdom and ideas about how to make the most out of life. For example, our society does not teach much about the radical changes that come with perimenopause. Our first lecture seeks to share important information with other women -- and their partners -- about this important time in life. We will share thoughts about psychotherapy, personality, and growth from differenent lenses.

The speakers at the event are all marriage and family therapists (MFT), and most of the audience will likely be MFTs, but this event is open to all adults. This is a wonderful event for a group of friends or couples. Some will attend with their mothers as a mother's day gift, some who attend will be spouses wondering about perimenpause, and some will be the psychologically curious. Students of psychology and life are encouraged to attend. We welcome all ways of expressing gender and identifying as women. Please join us if you are so moved.
