Embracing The Earth In You || Pelvic Health + Herbalism Day Retreat in Denv Join us for an introduction, a deepening, a tour around the sacred center of our bodily universe and herbalism.
About this Event

During this day-long experiential workshop we’ll explore herbalism, holistic pelvic care, vaginal steaming, and more.

❖ Curious about herbalism and not sure where to begin?

❖ Interested in vaginal steaming and want help getting going?

❖ Wondering about the field of “womb healing” and “sacred feminine work” but weary of the popular trend the “womb world” has jumped on?

❖ Want to make sure you’re working with equipped professionals?

❖ Want to gather with others interested in this work, asking the same questions, and respecting unique experiences?

❖ Ready to gather in-person?

This event is perfect for you. We do our best to stay out of the extremes of the “woo” and the rigid western medicine worlds. We bring anatomy, science, respectful use of earth oriented practices, trauma informed care, extensive training & experience working with women’s health, and an extended relationship working together.

Both Alicia & Sydney hold extensive experience working with group dynamics, and ensure a healthy and safe group experience is provided. We stay away from the forced or false intimacy that can often come with women’s groups but open the door for true inquiry and connection that respects your pace and needs.

We’ll cover:

- the history of steaming (along with an herbal tea ritual)

- pelvic anatomy & steaming

- pelvic connection experiential practices

- the benefits and usages of vaginal steaming

- an introduction to pelvic care herbal allies

- self-care belly massage practice

- vaginal steam facilitated experience

- guided womb meditations

- and so much more !

This is a capped experience with a small group to make sure we have the space to give you the intimacy and connection we know is needed for this group process. This is a trauma informed space facilitated by two experienced practitioners, licensed and credentialed.

About Your Guides

Sydney Zwicker is a women’s health mentor and pelvic health specialist in Denver, CO. She works with clients both online and in her in-person bodywork practice as a licensed massage therapist and women’s pelvic care specialist. Sydney weaves together her many backgrounds and trainings– a certified Holistic Pelvic Care™ practitioner, cranial sacral therapist, massage therapist, energy worker, Qoya movement teacher and pelvic steaming practitioner— to provide personalized holistic care for women.

Her driving force is to provide empowering education to her clients to help them to reclaim their essence and embody their truth. She believes that education is the key to empowerment and that chronic pain and fatigue and nervous system dysregulation often stem from not knowing things could feel different.

Sydney believes there is no one way, nor right way to heal. It’s a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of courage. Every person is different. By shedding the stigma of the female-lived experience, we can journey into wholeness.

As a leading Denver psychotherapist and female pelvic healing specialist, Alicia provides a variety of services including specialized individual counseling and holistic pelvic care female pelvic health programs, women's groups, practitioner training and professional mentorship, and much more. Alicia has a unique personal experience of brain / body healing and has participated in all modalities she practices.
