Feeling the changes of menopause? Join our 1.5-hour "Embracing Menopause with Martial Arts" workshop taught by Sensei Hiromi Okuyama 5th Degree Black Belt. She has been training for over 40 years (born into a Martial Arts Family) and teaching for 25 years.
With her experience she will help you to boost physical & mental strength, improve brain function, and build resilience through adapted martial arts, calming meditation, and targeted exercises.
