About this Event
Unlock the beauty and tradition of belly dancing with our vibrant class designed for all skill levels. Experience a fusion of fitness and artistry as you learn to express your divine feminine.
This class will cover the basics of belly dancing by including dynamic moves in a rythmic manner. Don't worry about choreography that is based on the beat, come let your body move in a natural and feminine way!
Dress code
Please dress in a comfortable clothing, preferably pants or longer skirts. This will allow your body to move comfortably. Leggings are the best!
What should I expect?
Expect your hips to be loose and stretched, and maybe a little sore, after this beginner class. Belly dancing encorporates movement that our bodies do not do often do in regular gym workouts! The difficulty level is low to moderate for this beginner class. All sessions begin with a warm up, and please consult the instructor about any pain points. Release all that trauma and stress stored in the hips alongside other women.
Class begins promptly at 6:00pm , and doors will be locked at 6:05 pm. Please be on time and respect other attendees. See you soon!
No refunds allowed but instructor will honour last minute emergencies and register you for a following class.
