A Ukrainian-born artist from Toronto, Nastasia Y [nas-TA-s’yah] blends jazz, funk, rock, pop, and electronic elements with Slavic folk to share Ukraine's story. Her music reflects her journey from Kyiv to Canada's jazz scene, having collaborated with artists from Elizabeth Shepherd to Oleh Skrypka to BLISK. Her album ‘Kyiv Soul’ (May 2024) explores themes of ancestral magic and resistance, having charted at #1 in BC and #12 on World Music Charts Europe.
