Perimenopause and menopause can affect everything from your sleep, mood, energy and metabolism to how you handle stress and feel in your body. Embrace the Change is a supportive 90-minute workshop designed to help you understand what’s happening hormonally, feel more in control of your symptoms, and leave with practical tools you can use immediately.
This workshop blends evidence-informed education, gentle body-based practices, and a short guided breathwork session to support nervous system regulation and deeper self-connection.
What we’ll cover
1) Perimenopause + Menopause basics
We’ll break down what’s happening with hormones and why symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, hot flushes, sleep disruption, weight changes and irritability can show up.
2) Body Connection and Self Awareness
A simple and respectful approach to reconnecting with your body and your life stage — whether you’re still bleeding or post-menopause. This is about building trust with your body again, not forcing positivity.
3) Nourish Your Body
You’ll learn practical nutrition strategies to support energy, digestion, hot flushes and mood — including gentle seasonal eating tips and simple “kitchen alchemy” swaps that work in real life.
4) Nervous System Reset + The Way Forward
We’ll explore stress, cortisol, and why your nervous system matters in this transition. You’ll learn calming tools, mindset reframes, and supportive next steps to help you feel steady moving forward.
You’ll be guided through a gentle breathwork session designed to calm the stress response, release tension, and bring your body into a more regulated state. No experience needed.
You’ll leave with
