About the Trainer: Daniel Tan CFP®, IBFA, AEPP®, MBA, ACLP
With over 3 decades of work experience from employee to senior management, Daniel has seen his fair share of conflicts among co-workers, or even be embroiled in one.
Through this workshop, Daniel shares his knowledge on human personas and how he uses them to defuse or even resolve difficult situations. His life examples and stories add realism and enrich the class environment.
