About Embrace Change

Embrace Change is an award-winning career coaching and training firm that specializes in working with women of color. It is our singular mission to get all women of color––and people of color––the money, power, and respect that we deserve in the workplace.

The Embrace Change team is an all-BIPOC team of career and executive coaches, with areas of expertise ranging from negotiation to leadership to entrepreneurship. Our clients are breaking barriers across industries, including tech, law, medicine, academia, marketing and communications, government, and the trades. Typical results from coaching with Embrace Change include: more robust leadership, executive, communication, and stakeholder management skills; sharper negotiation skills; stronger confidence, motivation, and productivity; increased clarity on career goals and pathways; and strengthened networking and interviewing skills.

Embrace Change also offers a coaching certification program for POC and a flagship leadership program, the Leadership Accelerator for WOC, which won an Anthem Award in 2023 for its unparalleled success in accelerating the careers of women of color leaders. Graduates have gone on to secure prestigious fellowships (White House, Harvard, Stanford), promotions, raises, speaking opportunities, and admission to top graduate programs (NYU, Berkeley).

**Please note: We are unable to offer refunds and we ask that you only purchase a ticket if you are certain you can attend. Here's why.

Although we make an outsized impact, Embrace Change is a one-WOC-founded microbusiness with a very lean WOC-run and -led operational team.

Being a part of our client community and committing to attend one of our mission-driven events such as this, involves a reciprocal energy exchange and investment that is distinct from interacting with, and buying services from, multinational corporations and even other small businesses.

It has taken our team nearly a decade of time, effort, care, investment, and labor to offer events such as this.

For these reasons, we do not offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
