Embodying Your Intentions: A New Moon and Sound Journey

The New Moon is a natural moment to renew—an opportunity to set intentions and name what you’d like to cultivate in the weeks ahead, leading up to the next Full Moon.
This session is a simple, supportive ritual that includes guided movement, prompted journaling, and sound healing with Reiki to help you integrate your intentions.
No experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a journal and pen, and anything that supports your comfort—such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water.
