Yoga Philosophy teaches that everything is composed of the five elements: sky, earth, water, fire and air. Each element is associated with virtues. Sky is openness, earth is strength, water is the ability to go with the flow, fire is passion and air expansive growth. When we balance these virtues associated with the five elements in our yoga practice off the yoga mat in our daily life we manifest our most life affirming dreams. Each of the 5 elements has a therapeutic application in our physical yoga practice on the yoga mat.. Learn how to balance and apply this ancient wisdom in your modern life. Enjoy a rocking yoga practice ending in a soothing guided savasana. . Students are asked to complete a covid rapid test prior to the workshop.
