About this Event

In this workshop, we explore and experience the nature of the mind-body-spirit connection and your personal profile from The Gene Keys, a wisdom tradition based on the I-Ching, The Book of Changes, one of the oldest books in the world. We’ll enjoy a calming contemplation practice with the intent to expand and embrace a larger perception of our life experiences.

Using improvisational writing and imagination exercises, we clear a path for your intuition and self-trust to grow. This practice creates new neural networks that re-write your attitude, body response, and life experience.

No writing 'skills' are needed at all. The only pre-requisite for this workshop is, as Albert Einstein put it, a holy curiosity! ✨
