In this foundational workshop, we’ll explore the three energy principles (doṣas—vāta, pitta, and kapha)—and how their unique combination shapes your natural constitution (prakṛti), as well as how imbalances (vikṛti) may show up in your energy, digestion, and daily rhythms.Through this lens, you’ll begin to recognize your own patterns with greater clarity and explore ways to support yourself that feel both practical and sustainable.
Our time together will include gentle yoga (asana) and breathwork (prāṇāyāma) to support each doṣa, along with guided reflection and simple tools you can begin to integrate into your daily life. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows for light movement.
This is not about changing everything at once, rather learning to work with your nature — one small, supportive shift at a time.
No prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga is required
