Embody Your Wild is a transformational embodiment workshop for women (and anyone identifying as a woman). This safe, nurturing container invites you to show up unapologetically, drop deeply into your body, and give yourself permission to experience your full range of emotions and energies.

Opening Circle – Introduction, grounding, and create a safe space together
Guided Journalling Practice – How do you want to feel?
Connecting to Our Breath – Tools to soften stress and open to deeper feeling
Guided Movement – Connect with the feminine energies of Pleasure, Power, and Play
Integration + Closing Circle – Time to reflect, ground, and carry your insights forward
When we embody all parts of ourselves, we return to our wisdom, power, and aliveness.

- Comfortable clothes for free movement (you’ll get warm + sweaty!)
