Each week holds sound ceremonies, soulful practices, exercises and energy transmissions designed to awaken our remembrance while inviting you to live fully. It is our birthright to live as soul embodied beings on this planet.
In every module, we focus on inner alignment through sound, healing, and tangible practices that help you land deeper within yourself. We will go through a process that supports you in living from inner sovereignty.
This course is for those who are walking their inner path or are ready to honour what’s already flowering within you and having a safe space to choose yourself fully, wholeheartedly and freely. You’ll leave this course with tools to regulate your nervous system, trusting your inner voice and move through life more anchored in your truth.

About the facilitators:
Sif Yraola will be facilitating a sacred container designed for you to connect deeper with your soul essence. Sif Yraola offers soul readings, high energetic cleansing/activations and deep inner transformational soul therapy. Sif has been guiding and mentoring groups and individuals for the past 11 years. She has been trained in many different methods in the field of healing, therapy and self actualisation. She has been running a holistic healing center in Amsterdam and offers now in person and online sessions, she holds retreats and ceremonies and her gifts consist in supporting you in connecting and embodying your soul essence. Tom Allon:
Tom Allon is a multi dimensional traveler through sound and frequency. Tom Allon is a producer and a multi instrumentalist musician specialising in meditation music for therapy. His unique flavour combines elements of nature recordings and sweet melodies on-top of synths, guitars and beats. Tom is a sound healing artist with a unique style. Fresh and hip yet sacred and holy. Tom offers unique sound experiences and works closely with Sif to provide her and other facilitators fertile solid ground for transformative work. Practicalities:
-The course length is 7 weeks every Wednesday, at 19:00 for 2,5 hours.
-The course will take place in Sálarrannsóknarfélag íslands, address: Skipholt 50d (3d floor).
- The course will be either held in Icelandic or English, depending if we have sign ups with individuals that do not know Icelandic.
-Bring comfortable clothes and be on time 15 min before we actually start
