Embodiment: An Inclusive Monthly Gathering Circle

Thank you for being part of this evolution of Marigold Mindset & Wellness!

This monthly gathering is my way of bringing my holistic wellness coaching practice into a group setting, including: meditation, gentle stretching, readings, optional sharing, and time to journal. I'll draw on my background in recovery, coaching and mediation.

This is a growing, dynamic, inclusive and carefully nurtured intentional community. Each month is a little different, depending on who is in the room, and what everyone needs/brings.

What you can expect:

💜 Inclusivity.

This monthly circle is a gathering for those who identify as women+, including non-binary folk, and our allies. We gather without an agenda, expectations or judgment.

🙏 Time and space for YOU.

This is a safe and comfortable space for you to reflect on the last month, and set some intentions for the month ahead.

✨ Something to meditake on.

I'll gently facilitate inward reflection by offering a reading to help guide to into a state of meditation, some time for quiet reflection, and then a time to share if you wish. By opening up in a safe space, we can set down what burdens us and offer wisdom to share as a lamp post for others walking a similar path.

🧚‍♂️ Your presence is a gift.

This is a free space, and I am grateful for your attendance, trust and vulnerability. I will never pressure you to share, it's always an invitation. Registration is required because space is limited. And donations are welcome via Venmo in order to cover the cost of our venue.

🔮 Women, showing up for themselves and each other.

If you are craving time to redirect your energy inward, and looking for a new way to connect with other women IRL. Together, we’ll explore what it means to fully embody our true selves, over time, making space for whatever is needed.

What to bring:

📓 You are welcome to bring a blanket or bolster, your favorite notebook and writing instrument, or just your Self. Your yoga mat and some comfy layers will help you feel comfortable. No need to prepare, and no experience necessary.

This month:

🌙 On March 29th we will gather under a WAXING GIBBOUS MOON in Cancer, focusing on the heart chakra. (This is our fourth in a series of chakra balancing sessions.) This will be an ideal night to reflect on what and how we love, what our heart has to share with us about our work, projects, relationships. How can we center love in how we are showing up, fine tune our efforts and motives, and gather the energy we need for the days and weeks ahead. Whether you’re seasoned spiritual seeker, starting your journey, or just needing an evening to yourself, this is a safe no-judgment space.

You deserve this time and space.

I have marked the calendar, now all you need to do is commit to taking time for yourself.
