Embodied Yoga flow and Sound Journey

Join Beth and Daisy on Sunday 22nd December, 7-9 pm for an evening of Yoga and Sound Therapy. We are meeting at Belle Vue Pavillion Community centre (Opposite Albert Primary school). The session will consist of 45 minutes of yoga (suitable for all levels) and 45 minutes of Sound Bathing.

We will start the evening with a chat and explanation of what the evening entails, followed by an optional Angel card pull to reveal a personal message for you.
A gentle slow flow yoga practice guided by Daisy. With the intent to honour your body and turn inwards during your practice. I believe everyone’s practice should be different, and encourage you to practice however you would like to feel in the moment. We will take a short meditation, followed by an embodied flow before finding our savasana and a nourishing sound bath with Beth. Any and every body is welcome. Come exactly as you are. I would love to hear from you, please feel free message with any questions.

Sound therapy has been proven to place those attending into a meditative and relaxed state whilst you enter theta brainwave. Give yourself permission to let go and observe your needs and how you feel in that moment. The sound bath will consist of Tibetan and crystal bowls, tingsha, chimes, gongs and a rainstick.

The event will begin at 7 pm. Please be ready to enter 5 minutes early. Doors will close at 7pm.
