This 2-hour workshop offers a playful, body-based way to explore your Yes and No signals — even if you’ve spent years overriding them. With non-athletic movement and curiosity, you’ll practice noticing, naming, and responding with more clarity and less stress.

Includes a short break and time at the end for questions and integration.

Everything is an invitation — all movement is optional. Sit, stand, or move in ways that feel right to you. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle if possible.
