In this sacred circle, all levels of writers and every genre are welcomed. Whether you're crafting poetry, memoir, fiction, or simply exploring what wants to emerge, you belong here. We create nervous system harmony through breathwork and meditation, then step into creative resilience through the courage of authentic expression.
