This trauma-informed event is designed to support you in gently reconnecting with your inner world, especially the parts of you that may still carry patterns around safety, trust, and belonging.
Through a combination of movement, guided inner work, and reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to not just understand these patterns… but begin to shift how they are held in your body and nervous system.
This experience will include:
🧘🏻♀️Kundalini yoga-inspired movement to support release, grounding, and nervous system regulation.
ॐ A guided Somatic Reparenting Meditation, where you’ll be led to connect with a younger or protective part of yourself connected to a core wound.
🪬Exploration of root chakra themes such as safety, stability, trust, and belonging.
🗒️ Journaling and optional reflection.
🗂️ Practical tools and handouts you can take with you to continue supporting your system after the event
The Somatic Reparenting Meditation is a deeper guided process that allows you to meet a part of yourself that may still be holding unmet needs or past experiences and begin to shift your relationship with it in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
Everything in this space is offered as an invitation. You are always in control of your experience, and you’ll be guided in a way that allows you to move at your own pace.
