Embodied Somatic Movement workshops - Yoga dance!

Embodied movement is a practice of somatic healing and self-expression.

Through meditative movements at various speeds and rhythms, I will guide you through an experience that blends yoga asanas, music, somatics, qigong, breathing techniques, and free-flowing dance.

This session will offer a nurturing space for you to reconnect with your body and heart.

🧘This experience is more than movement—it is an invitation to journey within. Whether you come with love 💕, connection, sadness, joy or celebration🎊, all feelings are welcome here.

No prior experience is needed.

These are one off workshops on specific dates and you can book them separately. These happen on a Wed at 6 pm, and there will be different themes:

🗓️17 Sep 🍂 New beginnings, 'Embracing the transition into Autumn': I will guide you on a journey that begins in a vibrant, energising state and moves toward a calm, restorative place, embracing the slower pace of the new season.

🗓️5 Nov 🙏 Honoring the Ancestors: Inspired by Mexican 'Dia de los Muertos': A heartfelt session to honor our ancestors and deceased loved ones during this sacred time of remembrance and renewal.

🗓️17 Dec 🔥'Light your inner fire this winter': An energising Embodied movement workshop to help you navigate winter blues/SAD ❄️

🗓️18 Feb ❄️🌺 'Awakening' a workshop to start preparing for the transition between hibernating season and spring, bringing the spirit of Carnival and celebration of life 🌼🌺🥳 A space to shake off the last weeks of winter, and for your soul to flourish through creativity and self-expression✨.

🗓️ 20 MAY 🌞'RISE' Inspired by the Rising Sun and the vibrant energy of the Mediterranean.🌊A journey to the Mediterranean sea, flowing through different rhythms and moves, cleansing our hearts with water, releasing what is no longer needed, lifting our spirits and Rising like the Rising sun🌅.
