Embodied Shambhala ReikiA Somatic Energy Activation Experience

Life moves quickly, and the nervous system rarely gets the chance to slow down and recalibrate.
This 90-minute experiential class introduces Shambhala Reiki through the body. Rather than only learning about energy, participants will experience how energy moves, regulates, and integrates through breath, awareness, and gentle somatic practice.
The evening follows a simple arc:
• Ground — connect to the body and the earth
• Activate — awaken the natural flow of life force energy
• Regulate — allow the heart to organize and stabilize the energy
• Integrate — bring the experience back into the body
We begin with a short 11-breath arrival practice to bring the group into a shared rhythm before moving into a guided Shambhala energy activation experience.
No prior Reiki or meditation experience is required.
