In this 30-hour immersion, we will explore the ancient wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras to uncover the richness of the practice and serve as a blueprint for living and teaching. The Sutras are thousands of years old, but the teachings are still alive and offer a path toward greater consciousness. Understand what Patanjali intended, discover the heart of the teachings, and apply the Sutras to everyday life. This course is for 200 and 300-hour level yoga teachers who are:📚Interested in delving into yoga beyond asana.
