Od ponad 25 lat jestem związany z muzyką jako DJ, producent oraz sound engineer, organizowalem Ecstatic Dance/ Cacao ceremonies w wielu krajach miedzy innymi Polska, Anglia, Portugalia… Przez ostatnie 8 lat organizuje Spiritual SoundBath, łącząc doświadczenie techniczne z intuicyjną pracą z dźwiękiem i energią. Od 3 lat regularnie organizuję comiesięczne grupowe sesje Spiritual SoundBath w zachodnim Londynie, tworząc bezpieczną przestrzeń do relaksu, regeneracji i wewnętrznej harmonii, prowadziłem tez Meskie Kręgi. Jestem moderatorem meskich kręgów fundacji Masculinum.
✨ Czym jest SPIRITUAL SOUNDBATH i jak może Ci pomóc?
To medytacyjna podróż, podczas której zanurzasz się w wibracjach mis tybetańskich i kryształowych oraz innych instrumentów o wysokiej częstotliwości. Fale dźwiękowe oddziałują na ciało i umysł, pomagając wejść w stan głębokiego odprężenia i naturalnej równowagi.
Podczas sesji możesz doświadczyć:

Dodatkowo będzie możliwość doświadczenia intensywnych wibracji misy o szerokości 55 cm, które pozwalają odczuć dźwięk jeszcze głębiej – na poziomie całego ciała.
Każda sesja jest unikalna i tworzona intuicyjnie, aby zapewnić uczestnikom jak najpełniejsze i najgłębsze doświadczenie.

🧘♀️ Zabierz ze sobą matę, koc do okrycia,wode, coś pod głowę, ponieważ najkorzystniej jest odbierać wibracje dźwięków w pozycji leżącej, co pozwala na rozluźnienie mięśni tam, gdzie to możliwe.
Przyjdź 10-15 min. wcześniej, by znaleźć sobie dogodne miejsce i ułożyć się wygodnie.
⚠️ Po rozpoczęciu sesji nie ma możliwości wpuszczania spóźnionych osób (w budynku nie ma recepcji, a w trakcie trwania sesji nie przerywamy jej przebiegu), dlatego bardzo proszę o punktualność.
Pozwól sobie na chwilę zatrzymania, regeneracji i głębokiej harmonii.

Before the concert, we will spend 30 minutes leading the body into a state of relaxation and grounding, so that our sound bath experience will be an even deeper bliss.
We will practice gentle, simple relaxation techniques that will help us:

For over 25 years, I have been involved in music as a DJ, producer, and sound engineer. I have organized Ecstatic Dance/Cacao ceremonies in many countries, including Poland, England, and Portugal. For the past eight years, I have organized Spiritual SoundBath, combining technical expertise with intuitive work with sound and energy. For three years, I have regularly organized monthly group Spiritual SoundBath sessions in West London, creating a safe space for relaxation, regeneration, and inner harmony. I have also led Men's Circles. I am a moderator of the men's circles of the Masculinum Foundation.
✨ What is a SPIRITUAL SOUNDBATH and how can it help you?
It's a meditative journey during which you immerse yourself in the vibrations of Tibetan and crystal bowls and other high-frequency instruments. The sound waves affect the body and mind, helping you enter a state of deep relaxation and natural balance.
During the session, you can experience:
Reduction of stress and low mood
Deep relaxation
Release of energy blocks and tension

Each session is unique and intuitively created to provide participants with the fullest and most profound experience possible.

🧘♀️ Bring a mat, a blanket, water, and something to rest your head on, as it's best to receive the sound vibrations while lying down, which allows for muscle relaxation where possible. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find a comfortable spot and get comfortable.
⚠️ Once the session begins, latecomers will not be admitted (there is no reception in the building, and we will not interrupt the session during the session), so please be punctual.
Allow yourself a moment of pause, regeneration, and deep harmony.
