We’ll get out of our heads and into our bodies so we can be more present with the world around us. Through guided body scans, breath awareness, and very accessible movement, we’ll invite ourselves home.
Perfect for anyone looking to unwind and feel grounded. Ready to tune into yourself in a whole new way? Come experience the flow and energy of meditation with Beth in a the peaceful setting of Meditation Gardens of Collingswood - part of Camden County Newton Lake Park!
No meditation experience necessary. Best suited for adults or older teens.
Things to Remember:
• Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing and supportive sneakers or footwear

About the Facilitator
Beth Filla, E‑RYT 500, YCEP, MSW, LCSW is a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and Gestalt therapist. She is fascinated by the ways our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and breath are experienced—and influenced—by what we do with our physical bodies.
Beth owned and taught thousands of yoga and meditation classes at Yogawood in Collingswood from 2006–2016, and she is honored to share this series in support of the Meditation Gardens.
